Integrated Tribal Development

Schedule Tribe is far from mainstreaming society regarding on shelter, food, livelihood, health, education and communication concern. LCYM is working with this community to find out the main constraints of their development perspective. In that way,the organization has been working on community sensitization, capacity building with inherent skills & knowledge, proper management of natural & livestock resources and community forces. The organization has set up of goal with community to ensure shelter, cloth, food, health, education along with communication among Schedule Tribe community.

The organizatiaon has been working on rejuvenation, reformation and strengthen of traditional civil society organization along with traditional skills & knowledge since last 2004. The organization has been utilizing their inherent skills & knowledge and collective forces to remove poverty, illitercy, unemployment and social stigma since last 2004. Presently Tribal community has prepared annual plan for their development perspective, immplementation, monitoring & evaluation of developmental programs. All civil society organization such as Gramsabha/village council, village health committee, village education committee, Women SHGs, Youth Groups, Farmers Producer Groups are taking active participation in their self & otherselves development manner.
